Built from the dispatch desk, not a whiteboard.
UrbanTMS was founded by Vlad, from Brush Prairie, WA. Before writing a line of software, he spent his days in hands-on trucking operations: booking loads, reading rate confirmations, tracking trucks, paying drivers and owner-operators, chasing invoices, and keeping compliance paperwork current.
Why He Built It
The tools he tried either did too little or made simple work feel complicated. Rate cons still had to be retyped, fuel still had to be matched to the right settlement, and customers still called for an ETA. So he built the system he wanted to use every day.
