What is UrbanTMS?
UrbanTMS is transportation management software for trucking carriers, owner-operators, freight brokers, 3PLs, and shippers: dispatch, tracking, invoicing, settlements, and more in one place.
How much does UrbanTMS cost?
Starter is $49/mo flat for 1–2 trucks. Fleet is $25 per truck per month with a $99/mo minimum. Broker is $99–$149 per user per month, based on features. Billing is monthly only.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan has a 30-day free trial, with no credit card to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Is there a founding customer discount?
The first 25 customers get 40% off, locked in for life.
Do you help with setup and importing my data?
Yes. We help you set up and import your customers, drivers, trucks and past loads at no charge, from spreadsheets or your old TMS.
Is UrbanTMS an ELD?
No. UrbanTMS works with your existing ELD or telematics provider. Connect the ELD or GPS provider you already use to see truck positions on the live fleet map.
Is there a driver app?
Yes. The UrbanDrive driver app is free for every driver, for status updates, POD uploads, and location sharing.
Which integrations are included?
Standard integrations are included: QuickBooks, factoring, fuel cards, load boards and SAFER.
Does UrbanTMS work for freight brokers and 3PLs?
Yes. The Broker plan covers brokered loads and carrier assignment, carrier onboarding and vetting, customer tracking links with ETA, quotes, invoicing and A/R, and carrier payables.
